Kevin could see the candlelight reflected out of her eyes. She smiled seductively and tilted her head slightly to the side as she looked up at him. The restaurant was cozy and quiet, and she was beautiful. Her fingers were delicate as they played with the stem of her glass. She reached out and gently laid her hand on his.
“I think I’m about ready to go, what about you?” Kevin asked softly, smiling at her.
“Sure, what do you have in mind?” she asked smiling back.
“Oh, I don’t know,” He intertwined his finger with hers, “The moonlight seems pretty nice tonight.”
“Yes,” she lowered her eyes and then looked back up at him through her eyelids, “and after that, we could BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ...,” he stared at her in shock, then she began to fade.
Kevin had gotten to bed very late, so with difficulty, he dragged himself awake enough to reach out and hit the snooze alarm on his alarm clock. “Ten more minutes,” he thought as he drifted back asleep.
